- How is pricing calculated?
- Pontis is a flat monthly fee based on your center's capacity — the number of children you serve. Pick the plan that matches your size; there's nothing to calculate per child.
- Are there setup or onboarding fees?
- No. Setup is free, and our team migrates your existing child, family, and billing data at no cost so you can switch without losing history.
- Do families pay any fees?
- Online card and bank payments may carry a small standard processing fee. You choose whether to absorb it or pass it through — and bank transfers are often free.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. There are no long-term contracts — monthly plans can be cancelled anytime.
- Can we have our own branded app?
- Yes — it's a $39/month add-on you can put on any plan. We publish a dedicated app under your center's name, logo, and colors to the App Store and Google Play, and we handle all maintenance, updates, and store compliance. Families download yours instead of the standard Pontis app, and the same platform runs behind it.
